Have you met our Tweeps?

The following pictures were taken at the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce “3rd Thursdays” Mixer at Mahe in June.  If attendees happened to have a twitter account, we wanted to let the business community know!  If you are on twitter, please follow our Tweeps!

If you are reading this and asking “What is Twitter?  What are Tweeps?” then allow me to invite you to our upcoming Morning Power Group!

Morning Power Group (MPG) kicked off in June with a great seminar on partnerships between the City, the Chamber and business owners.  The series continues with the topic “To Facebook or Twitter?  It’s Not a Question.  Let’s Get Started.” which will be a hands on workshop for those who would like to start using online social networking OR have started and need to know more about utilizing those tools for business.  This mini-seminar will be lead by Ross Teasley of Casa Dana, Inc (www.twitter.com/rossteasley).

As you might have read from a previous post, Morning Power Group is a new educational and networking opportunity for the Dana Point business community.  Thanks to our partnership with AT&T, members who register by Friday, July 17 can attend for FREE!  Registering after July 17 will cost $10 for members.  Potential Chamber members can attend for $20.  I hope you will take the opportunity to develop a great network of business connections and learn more about how online social networking can assist your business growth.

RSVP today by calling the Chamber (949)496-1555 or emailing me at kstraine@danapointchamber.com.
